Sunday School

Sunday school is for people to gather into age-leveled groupings, from three years through adults, in order to discuss Biblical lessons and to continue learning about living in such a way as to share the good news to make Jesus known in our community and beyond.

We hope to engage the mind, heart, and spirit through discussion and activities that will allow us to:

1. Further experience the hope and peace of God’s forgiving grace and mercy.

2. Grow in relationship with Christ.

3. Continue to learn about Jesus’ ministries as an example of Godly living.

4. Learn more about people of the Bible.

5. Graciously apply what we've learned to our everyday living.

Sunday School Offering for Patience

There are many agricultural parables and images in the Bible that lend themselves to the teaching of patience as well as nurturing a fruitful harvest. Our Sunday School offering for the month of February will go towards purchasing fruit tree seedlings through Lutheran World Relief’s Gifts program. Each collection of seedlings costs $40. Let’s help a farmer plant a whole grove of trees!
